Soothe irritated or inflamed skin with a cooling face mask created to give your skin a moment of calm.
OATS: Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties help to treat dry skin and remove dead skin cells. Oats also contain compounds called saponins, which are natural cleansers. They remove the dirt and oil that clog the pores and exfoliate the skin
CHAMOMILE: Helps fade spots, eliminate acne scars and fight breakouts, if used topically, due to its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Chamomile tea is a powerhouse of antioxidants and protects the skin from free-radical damage
ALOE VERA: Contains antioxidants, enzymes, Vitamins A and C, and it is highly anti-inflammatory. It can help treat burns, acne and dry skin.
PEPPERMINT: Has a cooling effect which soothes irritation and inflammation due to acne

How do I use it?
In a small bowl, blend 1 heaped tsp of Soothe powder + 1 tsp water. Starting at the centre of your face and working outwards, use a mask brush to apply generously to clean, damp skin. Leave on for 20 min. Rinse well and follow with your favourite moisturiser, serum or oil. Can be used up to 3X per week.
For oily skin and breakouts: make a thicker paste with less liquid. Add a few drops of turmeric essential oil or vinegar into the mixture to help reduce redness and inflammation.
For sensitive or thinner skin: mix in more liquid to create a thinner mask.
For dry skin: try adding a few drops of honey or our Restore Elixir into the paste. Stir and apply
